Do I qualify for the service?
NRT OnDemand is open to all residents, commuters, and students in the Niagara Region. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to ride with NRT OnDemand. Minors between the ages of 13 and 18 can have their own member accounts and ride with NRT OnDemand unaccompanied, but they must have consent from their parent or guardian.

- University Students that hold a valid U-Pass ride at no cost with NRT OnDemand.
- Senior and High School/Elementary students have a $1 discount in regional trips.
- Children under the age of 5 ride for free
