What is the Via Metro STL Vaccine Service?
Via Metro STL is now offering free rides to and from Covid-19 vaccination appointments anywhere in St. Louis County. In order to book a free vaccine ride, you will need to call us at (636) 251-3328 and follow the prompts for the vaccine booking line. If you are able to first create an account with Via Metro STL by downloading the Via app from the App Store or Google Play Store, please do this before calling. Otherwise, a representative can create an account for you over the phone. For all vaccine service rides, you will need to prebook your ride over the phone no later than 5pm the day before your appointment.
What is Via Metro STL?
Via Metro STL is an on-demand, dynamically routed, mobile-app powered shuttle service in partnership with St. Louis Metro. The service is open to all residents, workers, and visitors in the St. Louis Community. Riders can request pickups and dropoffs anywhere in the distinct service areas. Using the Via app for iPhone or Android, you can select your pick up and drop off, and we’ll do the rest. You can also call (636) 251-3328 and a member of our team can book a ride on your behalf.
When and where does Via Metro STL operate?
All Day North County Zone (Centered near Florissant): 5AM - 1AM - 7 days a week
Evening Only North County Zone (Centered near Florissant): 7PM - 1AM - 7 days a week
South County Zone (Centered near Fenton): 5AM - 10PM - 7 days a week
West County Zone: 5am - 10pm - 7 days a week
