I used a voucher code to create an account and need to add more value!
To add additional value to your account, you can bring cash or a check to the Newton Senior Center in increments of $25, and the Senior Center will give you a voucher code for $25 in Ride Credit value. You can either enter this code directly into the “Promo Code” section of the Via app. If you don’t have a smartphone, you can verbally provide this code to one of our Live Support Agents over the phone who can apply the code to your account.
You can always select the “Ride Credit” menu option to see how much value you still have in your account or you can ask one of our Live Support Agents when booking.
